KAEE Core Curriculum Program Training

Participants will learn how to incorporate environmental and forestry education into their classrooms and programs. This engaging and interactive professional development includes copies of award-winning curriculum guides for K - 12 students. Co-hosted by The Berry Center Farm & Forest Institute.

About the Event

Join eeFacilitators Kaitlyn Gootee (KY State University), Louis Ross (KY State University), Chris Wiedamann (KY Division of Forestry), and Perry Thomas (KY Association for Environmental Education) for a full day of dynamic learning. This core curriculum program training is a prerequisite for the eeFacilitator training co-hosted by The Berry Center Farm & Forest Institute on September 12, 2024. Please pack your lunch and plan to spend lots of time outdoors!

Cost: $149 (with sliding scale)

  • Project Learning Tree's Explore Your Environment Curriculum Guide, Project WET's Foundations of Water Education, and Project WILD's K-12 Curriculum & Activity Guide.
