About the Event
At this year’s annual conference, we celebrate 48 years of excellence in environmental education. Conference attendees will enjoy field trips showcasing Kentucky area traditions, culture, and attractions, networking and entertainment events, over 30 concurrent sessions, and much, much more!
Early Birds Discounts
Early bird registrants get a $20 discount off the two-day rate or a $10 discount off the one-day rate. Early birds can also take advantage of our pre-conference event BUNDLE to receive a $10 discount when you participate in at least 2 pre-conference events.
KAEE Members

Organization / Large Group Registration
The conference registration form is designed for individuals to help us collect relevant personal information and preferences to better serve our attendees. If you are bringing several members of your staff and would like to pay in one transaction, KAEE can send an invoice for the full amount that is reflective of any applicable discounts or sliding scale rates as needed. Each person can register and select 'Pay Offline' during checkout. Please contact michelle@kaee.org to begin this process!

About the Sliding Scale Registration
Our sliding-scale registration fee is an intentional effort of class solidarity to ensure the conference is accessible to all.
What is Class Solidarity?
Class refers to where you fit into the world regarding finances (for example, poor, working class, middle class, wealthy). If you are attending and your organization is paying for your participation, please choose the "Full Cost" option, unless this will also be a barrier for your organization (such as a grassroots nonprofit). If you or your organization can pay the full cost, you will be taking an action of solidarity and making KAEE's conference more accessible for people who cannot afford to pay much. If cost is a barrier, certainly consider the available sliding scale rates.
No matter what you pay for the conference, there is no judgment. Pay what you can but most importantly: be here! We are so excited to gather with you.
